We were fortunate enough to be hired to shoot Colliers International Conference with over 1,000+ attendees. The theme was “Think Bigger” and they were based out of the Manchester Hyatt downtown which definitely fits the theme. We were hired to document the entire event from start to finish on top of adding additional services like a photo booth to take updated headshots of the brokers and employees in attendance. This was a great idea that was taken advantage of by 100’s of people at the conference. We were able to setup a green screen and swap out the green screen for their preferred cyan gradient background. It was a huge success. In addition to the event photography throughout the day we setup a fun photo booth at the USS Midway (definitely aligned with their theme). It was a ton of fun and people were having a blast dressing up and taking photos in couples and groups. What was even cooler is instead of setting up a green screen we actually used one of the airplanes on the top flight deck as the background. At the end of the 3 days we delivered an organized disc of images that clearly identified each day’s activities with the respective photos in those folders so it was easy for the client to navigate to the different photos from the event.
To successfully delivery our services we had 5 different photographers and 1 assistant working a total of 90+ hours over the course of 3 days. Because of vast selection of team members we are able to put the right people in the right place at the right time to ensure all of the necessary shots are captured.
