I get a call on a Monday afternoon from Samantha from DinnerLab.com looking to book our studio on Friday for a 50 person event. She shares with me that it will be a 5 course meal prepared on site. Basically Right Light Studios was going to be converted into a fancy restaurant for one night. I loved the concept and she loved the space so it was a perfect fit. I like the idea so much that I even had, Jay, our studio manager, work late and capture some of the details of the event. The food was had a Peruvian background with a modern twist. Every dish just melted in your mouth and it was incredible! Here are a few photos from the night show casing our studio in event mode and a few shots of the food.
